Drawing rules

• Base grid: 24×24, safe area 20×20, keyline 2px.
• Stroke-based, not filled. 1.5px stroke at 24px scales 2:1.
• Round caps, round joins. 2px corner radius minimum.
• One visual weight per icon — no mixed thin/thick.
• No drop shadows, gradients, or color fills in the base set.
• Color-state is applied by the system — Ink, Fog, Signal, Armed, Halt.
• Start from Lucide. Custom icons match its vocabulary.
